05.
  • Provide existing brand materials within 3 business days of kickoff, including current logo files or assets, existing guidelines, brand colours and fonts in use, and any competitive references.
  • Attend three scheduled checkpoint meetings.
    • Kickoff meeting, Week 1
    • Concept review meeting, Week 3
    • Final review meeting, Week 6
  • Designate one primary point of contact who will consolidate all internal feedback, communicate it in a single written response, and make final approval decisions on behalf of the organisation.
  • Provide consolidated written feedback within 5 business days of each delivery, and make selection and approval decisions within the revision rounds specified.
  • Share any industry specific requirements, regulations, or brand constraints at project kickoff, and approve all deliverables before requesting final files.

Late materials or feedback extend the timeline in turn. Failure to provide feedback within the five business day window constitutes approval and the project proceeds to the next phase.

06.

This project includes two rounds of revisions on the selected concept. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback that addresses every aspect of the current version. Client has 5 business days to review each delivery and respond in writing; silence past that window means the deliverable is approved, and that approval is final.

On change requests

Changes after approval are change requests, billed at 25% of the project fee, or your hourly rate.

  • Different creative direction after approving a concept
  • Changing approved colours, type, or design elements
  • Revisiting decisions already finalised

Revisions must build on the original brief. Requests that introduce new deliverables, change fundamental requirements, or expand the scope are not revisions and will be quoted separately. Additional rounds beyond those included are billed at your hourly rate.
